Archie Tolland is fundraising for Jengana Teams 2024

Worrying about where your next meal will come from, if you will ever receive and proper education or if your sleeping in good conditions in a decent house are problems many of us will never in counter, unfortunately this is the stark reality for many people living in kenya. To us simple things like a loaf of bread or clean water are mundane and basic. To thousands of people it is a luxury. 

Realising this compelled me to join many of my friends on a trip to kenya with the Jengana Organisation , not only to try our best to help all the wonderful people who live there but also to build upon ourselves, and realise how fortunate we are.

The Jengana organisation works closely with the local Kenyan communities to provide necessary feeding programs and educational help to aid the the amazingly positive and resilient people who live there to further enjoy life and to have a chance to maximise their potential.

I would be so grateful for any help raising money and any donation big or small will help put a smile on someone’s face and will directly benefit the locals. 

​The challenge I have set myself is to hike the 2 tallest peaks in the Mourne mountain range, totalling a height of 1,617 metres in one outing. And to also rock climb a further 500 metres in total. ​
