Carolyn Green is fundraising for Jengana

I have the privilege to travel to Kenya in July this year with a lovely team for the Jengana charity. Jengana runs a home for vulnerable children in Kipepeo, Nairobi and supports educational & feeding projects in the Kibera slum areas amongst others. Our team will be helping their work by doing;

• Home visits: visiting slum based families to bring food packages
• Streetfeeding: going into Nairobi city centre to feed men, children and women with babies living on the streets
• Volunteering at the Kipepeo Home, feeding & caring for babies and children who have been orphaned/abandoned
  
• Rural building project for those in need of a home 
• Visiting the slum schools which Jengana help to support through educational and feeding programmes
  
• Running a Kids’ Bible Club
  

I will be participating in some fundraising activities over the next few months so any donations are very welcome. All the money raised will go towards the projects that Jengana does & the work that our team will be helping with so thanks so much! Xx
