This July, I have the amazing opportunity to travel to Kenya with the charity Jengana, who work with vulnerable communities in and around Nairobi. They run a home for children who have been orphaned or abandoned, and support families in the Kibera slums through education and feeding programmes. While in Kenya, we’ll be delivering food packages to families in need, feeding people living on the streets, caring for children at the Kipepeo Home, and helping to build homes in rural areas.
To help raise funds for this trip, I’m running a leg in the Belfast City Marathon – every step I take is with this cause in mind. It’s not just about getting there, but about making a real impact on the lives of those we’ll be supporting. If you’re able to donate, share, or simply cheer me on, I’d be so grateful. Thank you for being part of this journey with me!
