A group of friends and I are heading off to Kenya with the Jengana team, to make a difference, help the less fortunate and build upon ourselves and others.
Jengana is a organisation created by Fransuer Mukula. He aimed to give back to the people of Kenya, helping them break the cycle of poverty that he himself had experienced as a child.
Jengana is a Northern Irish based charity, working in partnership with local Kenyan communities, through educational support and feeding programs.
I am going because I feel strongly compelled to offer any help I can. I am very fortunate to receive an amazing education and have never had to worry about where my next meal is coming from.
I would love your support to reach my fundraising contribution. Any amount, small or large will be very much appreciated.
The challenge I have set myself is to climb the 2 tallest peaks in the Mourne mountain range, totalling a height of 1,617 metres. I am sure you will agree, this will be an epic challenge!
Many thanks for your support.
