Hi everyone. Costs at the Jengana Centre in Kenya are going up massively at the moment as the costs of food and supplies have in some cases doubled!
We're an amateur group of runners, some more amateur than others and have been working to try and run to raise support for those who need our help.

Belfast City Marathon is happening on Sunday 5th May 2024 and Jengana are delighted for the second year in a row to be entering 3 relay teams made up nursing and medical staff from Paediatric Intensive Care Unit in the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.
