Sebastian Black is fundraising for Jengana

My name is Sebastian Black and In July 2024,
a group of friends and I are travelling to Kenya with the Jengana team, a Northern Ireland based charity focused on improving the lives of those less fortunate than us, specifically in the slum areas of Nairobi,Kenya.


I feel incredibly privileged to be able to take this trip as I will be able to help build Kenya’s infrastructure and directly support the less fortunate with impactful gestures and create a sense of hope within Kenya. One of the experiences within this trip will be the personal connection with the communities. Actively engaging directly with the people and understanding their daily struggles can be a true eye opener, due to my privileged position of being able to have an education and a roof over my head.
