Hi, I’m heading on a two week Trip in July to Kenya, in conjunction with a Local Charity for destitute street kids called Jengana.

*Jengana translates from Swahili as ‘building each other’

The Team will include mostly twenty 16-17yr old School kids

100% of donations are for:

1. Centre of Hope: a 6 acre Jengana Facility, 20 miles from Nairobi city. This includes the Kipepeo Home for vulnerable orphaned/abandoned children.
• Running a Kids’ Club
• Maintenance Works @Facility
2. Partnering with existing projects in Kibera and Mukuru slum areas, through education support & feeding programme.
• Visiting the slum based families to encourage them and to bring food packages
• Rural building project
• Street feeding homeless in Nairobi
